The references listed on this page are presented on this website for two reasons:
1.Throughout the website there are numerous references to research articles, books and statistical findings that back up my points. These research articles are listed under this section in order to prove that I am not just fabricating ideas or statistics. I also encourage you to seek out the articles for your own perusal and hopeful absorption.
2. Most of the diagnoses listed on this website are based off of the DSM-IV TR (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders). The DSM-IV is the main reference guide for almost all mental health practitioners and is based on years of research and observances of numerous professionals in the field.
