Testimonial #1

Dear Nathan,

You have helped me a great deal.  I am not the same person since we first met.  I am very grateful that you have inspired me so much.  You helped talk me through a great deal of problems and your own life story gave me a lot of hope. I sought you out to study and learn from you and I did. I have gotten so much from you.

Here is a list of changes I have made since seeing you:

Everything is great and it is really thanks to you helping me to work through a great deal of my issues in a short period of time. I am not sure if you get many letters from people like this but I assume you must encounter it frequently. I figure I will be around 3 to 4% body fat and all lean muscle in another month or two.  I have really found myself and I am excited about my future.  Each day I am looking better physically and feeling better emotionally.  I just keep surprising myself with every new goal I am able to meet.

Testimonial #2

Dear Mr. Comerford,

I am reflecting on my progress in therapy during the past two (2) years.  I have concluded that you and your well defined organization have delivered much more than I expected.  I have to be truthful, my progress has taken a lot longer than I ever perceived it would, but I have made steady and positive improvements the whole time.  Your guidance softened the impact of many of the major losses I had and assisted in my remaining steadfast during the hardest times of my life.  In my opinion I came to you with multiple sets of serious issues.   They included major family medical situations, which created a number of complex financial, life threatening and time management catastrophes.  I have recognized, as a result of multiple years of therapy, that I had been living with a few disabilities most of my life.  The disabilities ranged from weak eye sight and weight management issues to building long-term relationships and responding to the many medical and other life threatening issues that presented themselves throughout my life.  I further believe I am predisposed to some hereditary and cultural situations that further complicate my full understanding of the past which has slowed the process of restructuring my current and future life.

With your direct help, I believe I have prevented a complete mental breakdown.  This means I was able, with your assistance, to stop the process of becoming more and more depressed and having continued conflicting thoughts, which prevented me from accomplishing many daily tasks.  This also limited my ability to make firm decisions regarding future directions.  Because of the ever growing family medical issues including the deaths of those closest to me, I committed and loss 98% of my hard and liquid assets.   I further found myself living in what seemed like a complex matrix that had no known escape route.

In summary, I have gone from using my life accumulated assets and knowledge to support my son, mother and father who found themselves in dire medical situations that they could not have possibly handled alone to living in a single 80 square foot room rented inside a strangers home.  Through this transition I never lost faith that this chapter of my life would come to an end and that I would ultimately become stronger and wiser, better enabling me to continue expanding my life experiences and personal growth.  You and your organization have been and still are highly integrated into my ability to maintain or stabilize my life along with helping me to accomplishing the restructuring and forward progress occurring in my life today.

With your guidance, I have begun to reestablish a foundation to build upon.  I do not look at this time in my life, or the situation I am in, as rebuilding my life.  I look at this period as a new beginning, an opportunity to create and continue building an approach to life that delivers more satisfaction and happiness to me.  I anticipate it will additionally allow me to give more satisfaction and happiness to those close to me and those associated with me.  I use the term consolidation to explain my approach to living one day at a time and sometimes one second at a time.  The consolidation includes me pulling from my past, all of my life experiences and combining them with my lessons and tools learned from the years in therapy.  The challenge now is to drive each decision and step that I am now taking by remembering to use the consolidation process has been so beneficial in the past and continues to be a benefit currently.

I am now purposely building new relationships, establishing a new career and developing goals that will ultimately lead to a new vision that I will pursue.  I am looking forward to continuing my involvement with you and your organization as I reach for new horizons.
